  Great remote, but it should be a standard item

  Summary: I have a Nikon D50 and I sure wish the ML-L3 remote was a standard item. I can't really complain. The response time is pretty remarkable. The instructions manual was something I had to download off of Nikon's website. You can actually trigger the camera's shutter from almost any angle (as long as long as you can see the camera within a decent range, you can trigger the shutter behind, to the left, in the front of the camera). The instructions made it sound like you had to point at the red area of the camera in order for the remote to trigger the shutter. Not true. The only downside is that the pkg did not come with instructions.
