Great product

Pros: Easy to set up,if you have little computer knowledge, just insert the CD and follow the screen instructions. Great small size. I had another router that I could never get to work. Downloading all the time off 2 laptops with no issues
Cons: Very basic model, I cannot connect a hard drive to the router directly

Absolute rubbish

Pros: The web interface is clear and well presented.
Sturdy and well put together
Cons: However that's where the Pro's finish
The N150 is not Better unless it was Better than 2 beancans and a peice of string.
The so-called wireless is very poor.My actual transfer rate with this model went down by a whole 1Mb

I will not buy belkin again and will be retuning it to the shop as not fit for purpose.

Pros: Good whole house connection and speed for approx 45 days was excellent
Cons: would no longer connect with modem and unable to detect internet connection, thought it was the modem, but test it with two other routers one very old and one new state of art they work just fine

Summary: This router is a frustrating experience. It will drop connectivity to the Internet in regular basis.I have attempted all tricks on the book. I have 15+ years on the IT industry and was feeling like a rookie on my inability to get this silly device to work adequate. Support is worthless. It will be returned to the retailer this week and exchanged for some other device probably more expensive but one that actually works

Functional Router, Expensive Switch

Pros: Reasonably compact. Speed is good. Price is low. Direct ethernet connection seems stable.
Cons: You get what you pay for. Wireless drops daily. Has an odd foot piece that sticks out.

Summary: I bought a brand new iMac 21.5" with the Belkin and the wireless connection drops daily. I have to go to my airport settings and reconnect each time (better than power cycling the modem and router, I know, but still annoying). I tried a firmware update and the router says it is up to date. There is no setting either on the belkin or the iMac that times out the connection for lack of use. Basically the wireless has shown it is going to drop out whenever it feels like it. There is not a problem with the direct ethernet link to my eMachine. Basically, I'm going to use this Belkin as an overpriced switch with wireless feature should I ever need it down the road. If you have the money, go buy something more reliable with the dual channel capability.
