Total garbage product. Would never buy it again.

Pros: None. This is a terrible product and the tech support is non-existent.
Cons: Total garbage. Only works for 5 hours at a time then needs to be rebooted. Bought 2 for my home office both had the same problem.
10+ hours on hold for tech support and either randomly hung up on, given the same suggestions over and over again.
Summary: Don't buy anything from netgear. Products suck, tech support sucks!

Quit working after only three months.

Pros: Worked fine until it stopped working.
Cons: I took device to Best Buy, who determined that all ports were no longer working. Before doing this, I called Netgear tech svcs, who provided abysmal service. The tech kept telling me to do the same thing over and over, which I did. When it didn't produ

While I admit it is possible I got a "lemon" there is NO excuse for the poor customer service. And for God's sake, could Netgear at least get someone who can speak clear English?!? Half of my time on the phone I was asking the so-called tech guy to repeat what he said, so I could understand him.
In the end, I took the POS Netgear back to Best Buy and they gave me a full credit on a Linksys router. So far, so good with it.
