Doesn't connect to laptop even after tech support help

Pros: nothing ..not good
Cons: -doesn't connect to laptop easily
-configuration issues
-not user friendly
-tech support not available on weekends
-do not reply to complaints via email

Summary: Doesn't connect to my laptop even after tech support help... i was told some issue with hardware so i got it replaced but still i can't connect..tech support helpless..never ever faced issues like that...having this router pain in the neck ...had to bang head to get it work somehow but later failed again...wouldn't reccommend...its better to put some extra money and i buy some good brand..
