  misleading, make sure your laptop is compatible

  BUYER BEWARE-VIDEO CARD ISSUES-Unusable Product

  Pros: None--Could not get it to work and I am stuck with it.

  Summary: Although I thought my laptop was compatible I find it is not. It is not a "gaming" laptop, according to tech support. I bought this product specifically because I am a professional and travel alot. I wanted the program for my hotel room (like the box says). Now I am out the money as I can't return opened software. I have an unusable product. Tech support told me to use my desk top. I don't need this at my office!! I am curious how many potential customers of this particular product actually have a "gaming" laptop? I also bought the WII version of this game and it has been returned--thankfully-- that was unopened. Why support a company who doesn't deliver what they advertise. I would check with Ubisoft tech support before opening the box. They can tell you in seconds if your computer is compatible. Good Luck!

  Great marketing, terrible programming

  Pros: Marketing is fabulous! Too bad the programmers didn't deliver what the ads promised.

  Cons: - BEWARE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - basic desktops and business laptops don't have compatible video cards.
  - Video camera cannot follow movements accurately no matter how many adjustments you make.
  - No instructions.
  - Boring basic exercises

  In short, the game is not what is represented in the advertising. After weeks of effort I've written off the cost of the game (and the cost of the video card upgrade) as a lesson learned and I've started dusting off my old exercise DVDs. I feel bad for Jenny McCarthy because Ubisoft can't deliver what she is so effectively marketing for them.
