The good: The 2010 Mercedes-Benz C350's seven-speed transmission means decent freeway mileage, and a button toggles it between Comfort and Sport modes. A good navigation and audio system is available.
The bad: The optional iPod integration kit, when the navigation option is not chosen, has a terrible interface. The engine in the C350 doesn't provide a huge advantage over that of the C300.
The bottom line: The 2010 Mercedes-Benz C350 is a comfortable driver with some sport aspirations, and cabin tech that can be decent or very bad, depending on the options.
Pros: On par in terms of performance; best you could hope for on the street. Delicious engine rumble when persuaded.
Cons: Unreliable components and expensive repairs. In four months several seals, the moonroof, steering column electronics, and the computer software had all been replaced or repaired costing about four grand. Small interior and irritating control panel.

Summary: The C350's reliability is really what makes this car a two and a half star rating rather than a three, four, or five. If you have the money to spend on maintenance, you may enjoy the C350 more than I did. I would Look around for a more economical possibility before buying this Mercedes.
Summary: Aggressive exterior/Interior sporty styling (with optional AMG wheels). High quality craftsmanship. Ride comfort. Superb handling. Great audio (Harman Kardon Logic 7). Nicely integrated electronics (COMAND system). Although the standard seating surfaces are artificial leather, they feel nice and hopefully will outlast real leather. Features-to-price are somewhat weak compared to most American and Japanese entry level luxury sedans (e.g. artificial leather on a $48K car?). Some of the exterior body panels have large gaps (e.g. hood to front quarter panels). However, the car is still the nicest looking entry level luxury sedan (IMO). Performance adequate, but not up to par with competition. Overly light steering wheel. C350 should be offered as a 4-matic and/or manual transmission. I would highly recommend this car to friends and relatives assuming that it turns out to be reliable.
Pros: Rented the car last week in Germany. As with all Daimlers the quality is flawless.
The meter shows top speed of 280 km/h but I'm sure tuners that bring up to 300 km/h. Personally had it up to 170 which is plenty for North-American drivers. .
Cons: Personally I had no cons but the rental guy at Hamburg airport told me the car needs a few more ponies.
Bottom Line:The 2010 Mercedes-Benz C350 is a comfortable driver with some sport aspirations, and cabin tech that can be decent or very bad, depending on the options.
