The good: The Verizon iPhone 4 offers a hot-spot feature not available on AT&T's device. Performance was better in most regards.
The bad: The Verizon iPhone 4 lacks world roaming and the ability to access voice and data simultaneously. The hot-spot feature didn't work with all devices.
The bottom line: The Verizon iPhone 4 has much in common with its AT&T counterpart, but varying features and different performance give it enough room to stand apart. It won't vastly change your iPhone experience, but we welcome the consumer choice that it brings.

Pros: Build quality earpiece volume and clarity absolutely beautiful screen the camera takes awesome pictures and is very easy to operate ease of setting everything up on the phone.
Cons: none that I can thinkof

Pros: Phone voice quality, ease of email setup, sync's well with Google contacts and calendar.

Would not reconnect with Toyota Bluetooth system in my car which required me to remove and re-pair phone to work each time I get in the car. No free navigation system that worked like my Nexus One, which was well integrated with Google maps. Wireless data is just too slow and irritating to use, loses 3G frequently where I live.Will wait and see if the upcoming iPhone 5 is an improvement. -

Summary: As the title indicates "now I know" what's it like to own an iPhone. I would not/could not go to AT&T as the coverage is substandard where I live. Yes, the iPhone is all the great things I've heard over the years. The apps are endless--a shoppers paradise. Also the iPhone has a front facing and rear camera. The iPhone charges faster than any smartphone I've ever owned. Quality phone and quality accessories. Email setup is very simple. The iPhone does allow for cutting and pasteing--which comes in handy!! You should get a Verizon iPhone if you really care about voice quality and calls. AT&T iPhone is better as a media-consumption device (I'm being told)* I don't do a whole lot of multi-tasking, thus I'm thrilled with my Verizon iPhone. I use the Verizon Hotspot feature which is great for accessing the web. Please know, it's best (if possible) to have your USB plug--plugged in as this feature quickly drains the battery.
I've written MANY reviews on android system smartphones and blackberries. All of them are nice in their own right, but it is true, NOTHING compares to the iphone, TRUST ME!!! Now I know. -

Cons: Battery life is mediocre with all the apps running in the background, much improved if you turn off all the notifications and just manually check your apps.

Pros: I love the retina display, the beautiful form factor (feels wonderful in the hand), IOS is very impressive and easy to use, battery lasts all day.
Cons: It's pretty heavy. Had to buy a durable case due to my job, so I don't get to hold the beautiful thing. itunes, is awful, I hate using that program, but I have no real alternative.

Pros: Ultra Hi-res screen is unlike any other. Still great battery life after 7 months.
Cons: Would like Apple to go back to the 3GS-shell style and make it thinner for iPhone 5. Although the phone is still fast, it has slowed noticeably over time despite the negligible increase in data stored on phone.

The battery life has been good thus far. I have no complaints about this phone. Also, some of the complaints in the review, like not being able to use the phone and data at the same time just haven't mattered to me yet at all. I really like this phone.
