The good: Apple's iPhone 4S has a faster processor and an upgraded camera, all the benefits of iOS 5, and a useful and immensely fun voice assistant. Call quality on the Sprint model is admirable, and the data speeds, while certainly not 4G, get the job done.
The bad: It's about time we get a larger screen.
The bottom line: The iPhone 4S isn't the king of cell phones, but it's part of the royal family nonetheless. Even without 4G and a giant screen, this phone's smart(ass) voice assistant, Siri, the benefits of iOS 5, and its spectacular camera make it a top choice for anyone ready to upgrade.

I have officially taken ownership of my iPhone 4S. IPhone can be a bit pricey but, the quality of technology is well worth it. Got mine at an incredible price due to my upgrade eligibility. BTW...Sprint is not the only place to get unlimited data with the iPhone. Verizon grandfathered mine to my existing plan. So, I have unlimited data with it as well.
Well, it's been 12 days since I gained possession of an iPhone 4s. I have run it through every test toI could think of to compare it to my Android OS and found the iPhone allows for more clear calls and a much more stable operating system. The apps are flawless. Not once has the phone frozen on me. I love the idea of the one home key and simply tapping an icon once to close, install or delete an app. The retina screen is superb too. I was concerned about seeing the screen when I text but, the keyboard works flawless and I actually have less errors when typing on the iPhone. Another advantage... A lot less eye stress when using it to text or surf the Internet. The 8mp rear facing camera takes incredible crisp, clean photos, and it zooms and sets focus quickly. Video quality can be HD if you choose. Video playback and You-tube are so much more vivid. It has a front facing camera that allows for Skype or Face Time to another iphone user. Finally, SIRI. Yes, here I go. Wow! Voice recognition that is actually learned based on your voice algorithms. So, if you slur a word, drive your car with the window down, cross the parking lot, or shop at the store, whisper or yell, Siri clearly understands everything I ask. This includes sending text messages from start to finish from your phone, Facebook or even your G-mail and E-mail. Put your blue tooth or headset on and Siri will verbally verify every command, including text messages, or e-mail before its sent without touching the phone. A true hands free experience. Siri will find and dial a number, lead you in the right direction, and actually find a place of interest for you. And don't worry about forgetting things, just let Siri know and your alarms, appointment and reminders are set. Siri works for you, and gives you optio Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) it will adapt to your wireless needs even more as time goes by. I am pleased with the switch since I found there to be numerous issues with Androids such as; too many steps to do simple functions, too many apps that could not be removed and poor battery life (seems to be a common issue regardless of manufacturer).
Having helped friends with their iPhones over the past several years, I found that iOS and the hardware are far easier to use, more durable and offer excellent performance.
Siri has been great, not perfect but it handles what I need it to for the moment.
Chose Verizon for it's better maintained network, reliable service, excellent customer service (no such thing with Sprint or AT&T) and great coverage.
And as for the voice/data issue with CDMA, not an issue since I use my iPad and Macbook Pro on my LTE MIFI.1 out of 1 users found this user opinion helpful.

It has great graphics with the retina display and has the best mobile games. I do want Apple to make a Bigger screen and i hoped for a redesign. Great apps like IWork Pages, Numbers and Keynote. Dont plan on movie editing with IMovie on its 3.5 inch screen. The app store is packed with like 650,000 apps to chose from and i think this is a solid upgrade from the IPhone 4

Pros: 1.) Processor. You notice the improvements especially when working with multitasking, photos, and even AirPlay Mirroring.
2.) Camera. Friends and myself have this device and instantly noticed the quality of the photos.
3.) Siri. Not sure why people do notCons: 1.) Talk and surf. This is a letdown for some. However Verizon's service does let you talk and surf when connected to Wi-Fi. So, looking at this, that means wherever you don't have Wi-Fi you can't talk and surf (car, traveling, etc). This is not as serio

Summary: Overall, I love the iPhone an I believe this is the best yet. I would only recommend it to Verizon subscribers or people willing to switch. The last week I've had this phone I have not had one single dropped call and have exceeded my expectations to signal strength in what was my weakest areas prior to signing up with Verizon (out in the country, and even my apartment!) Data speeds are more than exceptional. Even when compared to AT&T, Verizon tops it because first things first, you got to have a signal to get a data connection, right? Hope you enjoy!

I tried it out and I liked it but not enough to switch to Apple. While the 4s finally have some features the Verizon iphone 4 don't have: global roaming, it doesn't have 4g. While my sister claimed that Siri is helpful, I found it annoyng. While my sister have small hand, 3.5 inch is good for her, but I have gigantic hands so it was crampy.
