Pros: Love the way it feels, (solid)! Great audio quality and screen resolution. This phone does more than you need to do. The track pad is a great improvement and very responsive. A "can't go wrong choice"!
Cons: Should have at least 1Ghz processor and more memory.
Summary: This phone is well built and well thought out. Everything is at your fingertips and you are in control.

Summary: My Blackberry is my productivity tool. As a long-time hardcore PDA user, my device must keep me on schedule and in contact. The Blackberry has just the right user interface that keeps me moving through my contacts, calendar and messaging.
I could use a faster processor and a better browser experience, but as a productivity guy I don't rely on a lot of multimedia, games and flashy websites all day.
The Blackberry gives me just what I need, just how I need it. -

Awesome messaging phone (text and email).
by enloeeagle on August 20, 2010
Pros: Excellent keyboard, easy and smooth OS, durable hardware, intuitive trackpad, Wi-fi, decent battery life.
Cons: Browser is woefully inadequate, 3.2 MP camera is slightly underwhelming.

Summary: This is my first Blackberry, and I have rarely put it down since I got it. The famed keyboard lives up to its reputation, as does the email push system. The phone itself feels very solid and well-built. It looks and feels extremely classy; you'll definitely wanna use this phone in public as often as possible :p. The software is easy to adjust to, and most, if not all, aspects of the device can be customized. Of course, this is a phone, so the call quality is great. Blackberry Messenger, which is a Blackberry-to-Blackberry instant messaging system, is a great feature. Yes, Blackberry App World doesn't yet have the sheer volume that Android and Apple possess, but then again, that isn't what this phone is for. Though this is a "business" centric, those of you that are like me and do a lot of texting (~3000/month), you will LOVE this phone. The Twitter and Flickr apps are pretty good, though the Facebook one needs work. And, with Blackberry 6 (the latest OS) around the corner, this device also has a degree of longevity. The battery life is pretty good. I'm consistently able to get 13-14 hours of moderate-to-heavy use out a single charge, though your usage will generally determine your own battery life. With 512mb of RAM, I rarely, if ever, experience any slow downs or freeze-ups, which is great. Back to email. RIM's push system gives you your emails immediately; no delay. It's extremely convenient. You also have a unified in box so that, if you so choose, all of your texts, emails, tweets, friend's status updates, etc. will appear together. Or in separate apps. Your decision. So overall, I would suggest this phone to anybody, not just the corporate crowd. Definitely sure to please.

great except for one thing!!!!
by jaimie1026 on August 16, 2010
Pros: This is the best phone if u need to email, text, or edit documents on the go without. I also like the bbm app thats pretty cool the battery life really isnt really that bad n the wifi is a really nice added bonus l this phone is a real work horse!!!!
Cons: Now for the bad the web browser is a bit sluggish n clunky to say the least, but hopefully will be fixed with the release of os 6 and also the key board will take some getting used to if u are coming from a touchscreen phone like myself
Summary: If you need a phone that will keep u intouch with the world this phone will get the job done no problem if u can over look the web browser ...
