The good: The HTC Incredible S features a crisp 4-inch, Super LCD multitouch screen. The HTC Sense UI provides a slick user experience and generally snappy performance.
The bad: The Incredible S runs the older Android 2.2 OS. Call quality and camera quality could be better.

Summary: I am not going to go much into reviewing the phone itself; many sites have very informative reviews on the phone. What I'll say is: it is an overall good solid phone, with a sturdy, stylish and minimalist construction from HTC, much like its other recent phones. Has a 4 inch Super LCD screen, which I think is the optimal size for a smartphone and the quality is very good. The hardware specs are good but not stellar, has a single core Qualcomm 1 GHz CPU and Adreno 205 graphics, which are kind of standard in higher end smartphones now, but they are very sufficient for most daily and casual gaming needs.
Has the new HTC Sense interface, fluent and does not lag (unlike my original Incredible prior to Froyo update). By the way comes loaded with Android 2.2.1 (Froyo), but it is said that 2.3.3 update (Gingerbread) is currently rolling out, while I have not received it yet. I haven't used it very thoroughly yet, but battery life seems very good, it is said it can go 2 days with light usage. One thing I really noticed and liked is the camera quality, 8 MP camera does a really good job, e.g. takes good photos in low light conditions, unlike many other phone cameras.
I bought phone from FGS Trading, didn't have any problems with shipping. Phone appears to be brand new; the corners of the box were a bit worn, also it came with a UK/Hong Kong AC adapter, but they did throw in an extra European-to-US plug adapter, which is of course useless. It also includes a pair of headphones with microphone, an 8 gb SD card and of course the micro USB cable.
The phone language was initially Chinese, there are a total of 3 options, 2 Chinese ones and English (Hong Kong), though it does not seem any different from US English. However as in other HTC phones, it includes numerous languages for keyboard and typing prediction. The phone worked with T-Mobile in the US, I think the 3G connection also works. Overall I am satisfied with the phone and my purchase from FGS Trading, the only dissatisfaction being the AC adapter.

Crashes constantly. Appalling customer service from HTC
by DLRosey on April 30, 2013
Pros: Very nice camera.
Cons: This phone worked well until HTC installed updates 12 months ago and since then it crashes every time I make a call, most contacts have been deleted and I can't get emails any more. I emailed HTC Australia and haven't had a reply.
Summary: Looks fine but don't expect HTC to EVER respond when the phone malfunctions. Crap service.

Summary: You'll be happy with this device. It is basically a GSM version of the US CDMA Incredible 1. It will work in the US on ATT and TMObile, but it doesn't offer 3g in the US. You will only be able to use slower EDGE speeds. Be sure to keep that in mind when you purchase this otherwise good device. Besides that...
It offers most of the features like the HTC inc (US ED.) and it does them well. It uses HTC Sense VERY well, and I used to be a hater of the way that UI looked.
It does include an OLED display, as well as an 8MP camera. The one thing I would like to see was a front facing camera, but I guess there are going to be more models, and more room for improvements.
This is a good phone, which I think you will find an excellent device. It is not bad, and has a fast processor, nice design, good software, and an even better HTC SENSE. Just remember that only EDGE will work on it because of the different band setup. If you are from the UK or other countries, you MAY be able to get 3G, but in the US edge is all you'll get. -
An amazing phone, but room for improvement.

Summary: Overall an amazing phone with very good features, mainly with Android 2.2/2.3 with HTC Sense overlay, but the battery life needs improvement and I don't understand why it started with 2.2 Froyo. The processor needs a little improvement, but overall a very good phone for everyday use.

Summary: I switched to the HTC Incredible after using a Blackberry. I wish I had done it sooner. The difference in performance is like night and day. The HTC's Android programing is very intuitive. It can easily be customized to just about any configuration you are comfortable with. Unlike my older Blackberry, this phone uses every bit of 3G's speed. It is as fast as any 3G phone I have tried.
The screen resolution is excellent.
Together with the reliability of Verizon, the HTC Incredible lives up to it's name.
My family now has three of them. -

Worst Phone I ever had.
by thecrevs on April 12, 2011
Pros: The windshield wiper that displays when it is raining...that's it!
Cons: I have been dealing with Verizon since December 2010. They have sent me 2 replacements with the same problem...dropped calls, sometimes 10 a day.Everything, especially dealing with Verizon's Poor, Poor customer support. Today I was on Los Angeles time and
