The good: The futuristically-styled $199.99 HTC One X offers Android fans on AT&T plenty to like, such as a massive, bright 4.7-inch screen, blazing 4G LTE data speeds, a powerful camera, and zippy performance running Ice Cream Sandwich and Sense 4.
The bad: Sadly, HTC One X owners can't claim quad-core bragging rights. Also, the nonremovable battery and lack of SD card slot weaken an otherwise incredible Android smartphone.
The bottom line: Quad-core processing isn't everything, and AT&T's new $199.99 HTC One X proves it. This advanced Android has style, speed, blazing 4G, and power galore.

This is one of the best phones out there!
by Appleascam123 on October 31, 2012
Pros: The design, it's very slim and sleek. It feels great in the hand, feels like a very premium handset. The phone is blazing fast even without the tegra 3 the s4 is plenty fast. . ICS and sense 4.0 are fast and fluid. Camera is great Screen is beautiful
Cons: Battery is decent but I've seen better. Memory is probably the biggest issue only about 10gb available to you but they do give you free storage on Dropbox and I do use it so it works out. No micro sd slot but oh well. Rear speaker is kind of weak.
Summary: Overall the phone is great battery will get you through a day with normal use. The phone is fast with the snapdragon hard at work. Camera is great with lots ...
Summary: Overall the phone is great battery will get you through a day with normal use. The phone is fast with the snapdragon hard at work. Camera is great with lots of options, no camera app needed! The One X+ will bring out the bigger battery but I wish the one x had it. I wish it had a micro sd slot. The beats audio works nice bout only built for headphones the rear speaker does not have beats audio but the one X+ does oh well. This is a great phone and it destroys the iphone 5 and its a hundred dollars cheaper. Overall great phone.

Summary: I had begun my debate of getting either the Iphone or the HTC. I am not a big phone buff so maybe my review my help someone who is somewhat inexperienced with phones. For years, the common word has been "you need an iphone" and i thought so to until a friend pointed me in the direction of the HTC. When i went to ATT and compared, i found the HTC to be better, in my opinion. I love that it has the bigger screen. It is easy to work. I am not a bells and whistles kind of person so i could care less about the storage and what nots. I just wanted a phone that looks great, feels great, and easy to manage and this one fits what I wanted.

Very refined phone

Summary: I'll update this review if need be but right now I've only had the phone for 5 days. So durability, and longevity have not been calculated, also I have no LTE service in my area so I can't attest for anything there. Now then, onto the One X.
The word I kept coming up with when I was testing, and breaking down the phone was refined. My smartphone experience isn't exactl limited but it lacks brand variety. As someone who's only really used iPhones, BlackBerrys, Samsung Galaxys, and an LG Eve you can guess my experience pretty well there. This phoen is leaps and bounds beyond even my Galaxy S2. I can't use another Samsung, iPhone or BlackBerry though just due to the elegence and premium feel of this device.
When it comes to performance and feel I can't give you anything new, it's pretty much one of the fastest handsets out there, there's a reason it sits on CNet's top smartphones short-list. I can say this though, this phone has an X factor about it. There's only 3 phones I've been instantly drawn too and liked instantly and that's the BlackBerry Bold 9000, BlackBerry Storm, and the Motorola Razr 2. The HTC One X now sits n that club. I'm still running a Galaxy S2 which I've set to forward all my calls and messages to the One X so I don't have to take the S2 anywhere anymore. I also am using a lot of HTC's software so kudos to them as well.
Try the phne and then try to explain to me why an S3 would be better choice because trust me you won't be able to. -
Best smart phone I've ever owned.
by Engageguy on September 5, 2012
Pros: Amazing battery life, beautiful form factor, great camera/video, Beats audio, 4G LTE s-p-e-e-d, syncs with Exchange Server with no middleware (goodbye Touchdown) and mail arrives on my phone before it arrives in Outlook, Dropbox sync
Cons: No optional SD card but not a showstopper (see Dropbox), no real keyboard

Summary: I was a corporate Blackberry user who converted to Android when our organization allowed it. I didn't go Apple because I philosophically object to closed, proprietary architecture. Tried Samsung IIs first but the battery life was terrible and it required Touchdown to sync properly with our Exchange Server. Now my company has several HTC One X users and the iPhone 3 and 4 users are jealous.

Summary: The HTC One X is sensational. I'm a graphic designer with needs for superior processing power, a sizable screen, and 4G LTE (for sending/receiving image files). The One X met up to every one of these standards with its Snapdragon processor, incredible hi-res display, and AT&T's 4G LTE (available here in Dallas). Magnificent.

I had Samsung captivate, Galaxy SII and Note before this. One common complaint i had with them was battery life which used to be less than 8 hrs. With HTC one X i am hitting an average of 1d 9 hrs with exact same settings and usage as with Samsung phones..
I have back ground data, 3 emails( PUSH) on all the time. Music is on for atleast 4 hrs a day. Call for 1-2 hrs. And gaming for 2 hrs.
With samsung i used to turn down all the push, background off to get that 8 hrs.
Well the camera on HTC one X is supposed to be the best, but i am totally disappointed with it. There is lot of Pixel noise when you shoot in door. And i feel the colors are more saturated.
The customer Service is hopless, they respond quickly but i never got a solution to my problem. I will take out one star for this.
