The good: The HTC Ozone offers an e-mail and messaging-centric feature set that includes EV-Do Rev. A, Wi-Fi, GPS and support for overseas GSM networks. Call quality is quite respectable.
The bad: The HTC Ozone's controls and keypad don't have the best design. Also, it lacks HTC's Inner Circle feature, the volume level is low and GSM data support tops out at EDGE.
The bottom line: Though its plastic design and photo quality are unchanged, the HTC Ozone offers a more affordable price tag, improved features, and better voice quality than its Sprint HTC Snap counterpart.

Excellent Features

Pros: Qwerty, Wi-Fi, works well with Skype, World phone,
Cons: Proprietary USB cable, battery is good but not great, data connection shuts off randomly and refuses to re-enable without restart, trackball would have been nice.

Summary: Almost everything you could ask for on a smartphone is here. The wi-fi works great and I like being able to use Skype fairly easily. A trackball like the Curve would have made this phone 10 times more appealing. I also have an unresolved issue of my data connection shutting off and refusing to reenable without a reboot. I'm waiting for tech support to respond so hopefully they'll have an answer. I also wish they used a standard mini-usb cable to charge and sync with computers. Instead they give you this proprietary cable that I know will cost too much money to replace if lost. Oh well, I hear the real money is in accessories. The guys at HTC gotta eat TOO!!!

fantastic phone!

Pros: Easy to configure email. Love the SMS threading features.
Cons: The trackball from the T-Mobile Dash would really help with internet navigation. The opera mini browser would be nice.
