Pros: love the camera..the photos are gorgeous! easy as pie uploading anywhere any time.
Cons: no memory even with a 16g card. so you take 5 or 5 gorgeous pictures and then you are stuck deleting clearing playing with the space and holding up the works. really very annoying phone.

Summary: I still have the $25 plan so guess what to have a beautiful uploading camera available that is lighweight and cheap is kind of nice. However I never used it for voice its too terrible and texting is a nightmare.....so I'm waiting now for a Transform Ultra but I will keep this for the convenience of taking a few pretty shots every now and then and an emergency phone. whatever. cheap is cheap.
Pros: -Easy to Use -Signal -Camera -Price -The overall look of the phone is very unique
Cons: -Battery Life -Memory

Summary: I love the phone for the price and service it unmatchable, I highly recommend an SD card with that said an extended battery as well, which once you get those it'll be another 50-60 bucks but it will end up being the best purchase you've made, i mean i went from an Iphone 3gs on AT&T to this and it wasn't a bad transition. 4.5 stars for not having better battery life and memory

Summary: I agree with Katieno. This my first HTC phone & was really excited (because of the compact size) at first for a few days. Then the constant clearing out cache/data to get rid of "low memory" warning msge is quite annoying. I don't use or download a lot of apps but still this phone does not have enough room. And now my MMS stops working although i can still email pics & upload them to facebook? I think Im ready to root this phone to free up those unnecessary pre-installed apps.

Summary: all of the things i loved about this phone for the first couple of days i had it quickly became the things i hated most. virgin and htc pre-installed and unremovable apps make it impossible to use anything else. i can use google maps and facebook and the camera and that's about it. i can't even have my contacts in it; it's that bad.
i had to uninstall important-to-me apps that couldn't be moved onto the sd card to get gmail to start working again. aside from that, i need to clear the cache constantly. today i had to make the very difficult choice of having email or hopstop.
i regret switching from the optimus v. in my opinion, this phone defeats the purpose of android entirely.
Summary: After a year of having to go upstairs or outside to talk on my phone my iPhone broke. I paid $100 for this phone and another $16 for a 16 gig card. Also had to pay to get out of my contract with at&t and it was well worth the money. I haven't had a dropped call yet and I can put whatever files I want on this phone and even better I can take them off without a third party program.
