The good: The Nokia E7 boasts a premium design and has a fantastic QWERTY keyboard. The smartphone's 8-megapixel camera takes excellent pictures and video. Battery life is also good.
The bad: The Symbian platform falls short of the competition, and the phone can be sluggish. The E7 has a lower-resolution display and doesn't have an expansion slot.
The bottom line: The Nokia E7 has some wonderful qualities, like great hardware and excellent battery life, but ultimately its inferior software trips up this business-oriented smartphone.

True world phone, nothing else comes close.

Pros: Great screen, great battery life, fully keyboard and thin too! Feels sturdy. Has all GSM phone frequencies of the world. Multiple Language predictive text at the same time. Truly unique design. Built in Maps & Navigation, music & video editing.
Cons: The speaker phone is located in the wrong place (seriously the only defect)

Pros: Responsive touch. Good qwerty. Lots of applications. of course with f-secure.
Cons: Slippery. No FM transmitter.

Well built with some of the best features

Pros: 4inch awesome screen , good Camera, outstanding graphics(great while playing 3d games) , world's best qwerty board, scratch resistant screen, best looking nokia phone(better looking and better design than n8),good responsive touchscreen,good battery
Cons: So the only drawback that e7 has got which is due to the symbian os(symbian os being slow , sluggish,has poor web browser etc) and even these drawbacks would be resolved with symbian belle update.

Cons: I totally dislike the built-in battery. It doesn't run as long as the ones for the E62, E72 and the E90. I am not around an auto charger or 110v line, so carry several charged batteries with me at all times. With the E7, I will be carrying my E72 probably

Summary: Few people I know use Nokia 'phones, but those who do like the longevity and construction of them. I don't play videogames or use the flashy features of the iOS group, but ... do run YouTubes and play music on my Communicators. The E90 has wireless speakers beyond the 2 great ones built into the handset. The E7 is ok, not as loud and monaural BUT, I have a Nokia MD-9 speaker that brings out the music, especially the bass. Side by side, the E90 is superior for fast typing and great music. I am happy to have both 'phones, and also the E72 to use when I need something smaller for my pocket. NOTE: We live in Coastal Maine, where 3G has not arrived - if ever. (It's only in a small part of Portland and has been for several years.) The 4G frequency isn't here at all. We operate on Edge + GPRS, but the Nokias seem to do well with those two carrier choices. This probably isn't for everyone, but should appeal to Nokia enthusiasts.
