Nokia Lumia 920 price range: $449.99

The good: The Nokia Lumia 920 forges new Windows Phone ground with wireless charging support and a highly sensitive screen you can use with gloves. Moreover, Nokia helps fill in Windows Phone OS gaps with a few missing features.
The bad: A thick, heavy build and slippery finish for some colors make the Lumia 920 harder to hold and carry, and the phone's overhyped camera doesn't have enough settings.
The bottom line: Nokia's Lumia 920 is heavy and thick, but if you want the most powerful, feature-rich Windows phone available, this is it.

Best cam on a phone, super sturdy, more fun than iPhone
by jnealer on May 9, 2013
Pros: Fantastic camera, build quality, and operating system. I also like the way media apps are handled in the Music and Video hub. Very fast and fluid phone, more fun to use than an iPhone or Android. Also, wireless charging is cooler than it sounds.
Cons: Kinda heavy, but the cool colors and sturdiness makes up for it.

Simply the best smartphone I've ever owned.
by AdamMartin2009 on May 6, 2013
Pros: I came from an HTC One X and the Lumia 920 absolutely blows it away. One of the best things about it is the live tiles, you can get to almost anything on the web or phone in 1-2 button presses. The call quality and the battery life are also top notch
Cons: The browser could be better for one, and more apps although that has nothing to do with the phone specifically, it is simply lack of demand at this point although that may change soon.
Summary: If you were to take one out for a trial run and are open minded (not obsessed with Apple or the Android platform) I believe 90% of users out there ...
Summary: If you were to take one out for a trial run and are open minded (not obsessed with Apple or the Android platform) I believe 90% of users out there would enjoy this phone. I was hesitant but I absolutely love it now that I've gotten used to it, which it is very easy to set up and use.

It's not perfect but it's a rough and tough one
by dealaw on April 25, 2013
Pros: If you need durable phone, one that subs as a hammer too, it's this or pretty darn close to it in the Lumia. Plus, one something that a truck driver drops out the window of his rig, or bag handler on the tarmac, then this is ti. Mine still Works.
Cons: I bought 2 units. One is bug ridden in Windows 8. It needed lots of "Hard-Resets" before I exercised my insurance claim for a new replacement. The tech help at AT&T was minimal. Nokia worse. The help times are okay for banker's not for anyone else.

Summary: I need "Hands Free" and the character recognition doesn't hear me well probably because I have a California Accent. It's a work around that works for most kinds of work related texting. The heaviness of the unit's body is a good thing if you're like me, always misplacing your phone in one of a dozen pockets. The screen is scratch free and lives well among your coins, keys and other sharp objects. The colors of the phone, the screen resolution, camera(s) including photos and videos, quickness of loading, searching and dialing and all the programs are great! So, do what I did, buy a protective cover just in case. Only, I wish there were more apps. I hope it is not like Blackberry says, they're coming soon.

Summary: This is definitely one of the best , if not the best, phone I have personally seen and used in the last decade or so. Coming from a person who've used iOS, Android, Black Berry and Symbian. Windows Phone is one of the most stable, organized and beautiful phone OS I've seen, and the Lumia 920 brings proves it. Fantastic phone, very few problems so far, and they are all fixable and Microsoft is doing a hell of a job to close the app gap. Highly Recommended

Summary: If you are a bit on the techy side, and want something different than the run of the mill iPhone, this is a fun alternative. Not having some common apps can get frustrating, but the screen is big enough that you can manage with the web browser. The iPhone is definitely a bit more tested and polished, but this is pretty good too. Integration with Skydrive and Microsoft Office is an underappreciated benefit. The camera has gotten a lot of criticism, but I think its really great. It can lock a focus in low light when even my SLR struggles. Call quality is really great -- this is still a phone after all! With a little more work, and perhaps a thinner and lighter design, I think this can compete with the iPhone for mainstream users.

The best smartphone I've ever had!!!
by zlopez84 on March 18, 2013
Pros: The speed of common phone actions are very fast. The OS is very nice layout and minimal customization features. The camera is phenomenal. More than any reviewer give it credit for. The os is a good time saver as well because of shortcuts.
Cons: Internet explorer is good, but still need some work. Microsoft word needs more options like a print preview or to at least zoom out. The amount of apps still needs some building, nut worth the wait.

Summary: For my first windows phone, its the best phone I've ever had. The camera is the best camera to date, not to mention the shortcut to get there is handy (holding the camera button). The videos are amazing quality. The NFC option is very nice, but all it needs is the WiFi direct to match the galaxy 3. The apps are a bit limited, but there's always a way to get the things you're looking for. The keyboard is nice with great accuracy, but it needs swyping action like the android. The one thing that'll make it a plus is the syncing options with internet explorer and Bing maps. Nokia already has good syncing options but syncing bookmarks would be a lot better like on google chrome. Overall, for the money its awesome and worth the $99. I took advantage of the wireless charger, and its a plus. Even with a case the charger works great with no problem. With 32gb of storage, its already better than a lot of the competition. Highly recommended for those who want something different than iPhone or Android.

The best hardware with the cleanest OS
by Rocky_Bullwinkle on March 6, 2013
Pros: This phone feels like pure quality in your hand. From the unibody, CNC machined shell to the ceramic buttons and camera plate.
The camera is the best I've seen with a great selection of features.
The OS is simple, smart and minimalistCons: Camera button is a little stiff and requires firmly holding it down for a little to long to capture a shot. But you can just tap the screen for quick pics.

Superior phone Great in almost evry way phone overall.
by fcarreon5 on March 6, 2013
Pros: I can do almost everything except play my emails.
Cons: 1 Flaw too long working to resolve the problem for NOT able to play .wav files from my emails.

Summary: People don't know much about this is due to the sales man from the store don't know either the capabilities of the phone. Windows 8 and office intergration with the phone exchange and now that more apps are available is the phone to get. others like android and apple has 1000's or more apps but they are not quality apps or 12 to 20 apps of the same. Don't get me wrong but is the true.
