The good: The Palm Centro sheds some of the weight and bulk of Palm Treo to make for a more compact smartphone. It also carries an attractive price tag and offers a lot for the money, including Bluetooth, EV-DO support, push e-mail, and a suite of productivity apps.
The bad: The Centro's QWERTY keyboard is extremely cramped and the hardware feels a bit toylike. The phone's speaker is on the weaker side, and it lacks Wi-Fi.
The bottom line: The Palm Centro isn't the innovative product we were looking for from the company, but with its slimmer size, ease of use, and affordable price tag, the Centro is a good option for those looking for their first smartphone.
Pros: its a cute phone, not so high-tech but advance and mature for the people in the late 20's to early 30's
Cons: well the screen freezes up when ur texting, the screen is also really sensitive so be careful because you could damage it, and the speaker phone isnt that loud at times it may sound like its not really on.

Summary: Well generally I do like the product however the freezing while texting and just for whatever it would freeze up is a bit annoying along with the other issues of the scree, and the speaker phone. At this point I would recommend if you get this phone please please get the insurance I promise you with the two years you will get another phone!
Pros: I really like the new Centro. Not only does it have twice as much internal memory then the old model, it also has quite a few new features. It also has a coating that allows it to be more scratch proof then the last model.
Cons: The keyboard is cramped, but I'm used to it from my previous Centro. Tbe speakerphone quality isn't very good, and if you use it as an mp3 player and have it turned up too loud it sounds distorted.
Summary: All-in-all I like the olive green Palm Centro. The coating on the phone is superior to the old Centro, and the new model also holds battery life longer.
