- Bottom Line:
- Though the ZTE Score makes satisfying calls, the phone's main selling point, Muve Music, has a long way to go. The spotty network connection and internal lag time weren't worth the unlimited song downloads. A combination of a quality phone and another cloud music service is the better approach.

The good: The ZTE Score is sturdily built but light. Call quality is decent.
The bad: The Score's display is frustratingly unresponsive and the processor is sluggish. Muve Music's interface is cumbersome.

Summary: I originally bought this phone on Cricket's PayGo service then a few months later switched to an actual account and about a month after buying it, it would force close app's and system apps like the browser and messenging, now it closes FB, MeetMe, Pandora if I have it installed it can and will force close. It Randomly will restart, drop calls and now I'm doing a data reset once every couple weeks. Doesn't sync Gmail for days, I'm not getting app alerts how I set them up. You name it this phone has the problem pretty much. WASTED MONEY

Do not ever buy this phone from Cricket. Don't even think about buying a phone from Cricket. I only had this phone for a month and it's already doing this all the things in my cons list!! I have recently switched my company from Sprint.... BAD IDEA! I did get this phone for free plus the handset protction program and first months service. But my main complaint for this phone is the internet constantly crashes! And when it crashed my internet yet again, I was forced to turn it off... and now it wont go past the Muve Music screen. I tried turning it back off and then turning it on, and it been on the same Muve Music screen for about 30 minutes now! When I go up to the Cricket store, I really hope the give me an replacement because this is rediculous! And I wil also ask them to change my plan and take of the Muve Music. I paid an extra 10 dollars for some crappy music that doesn't even work half the time! And this is one month later after buying it! PLEASE INVEST YOUR MONEY IN A BETTER PHONE, AND NOT THIS ONE!!!! -

Cheapest priced Android phone ever!
by RomansVIII28 on March 11, 2012
Pros: 29.99 price
Android 2.3 OS
#1 Skeet ball app Roller Ball plays well on it (It didn't on my previous Androids)
3.5 inch touch screen (same size as my I-phone 4)
Netflix (and Youtube) play well on itCons: Google Voice isn't available for it (I was able to side load it however)
I-Music app isn't available for it (I tried the market and GetJar too)
Low Video Sound (Sound Boost app via the market fixed this)
Battery life could be betterSummary: There are a lot more pros than cons with this phone, esp. when you considered the price for it. I haven't activated it with Cricket nor do I have ...
Summary: There are a lot more pros than cons with this phone, esp. when you considered the price for it. I haven't activated it with Cricket nor do I have plans to do so at this time. I got it for a back-up to my I-phone 4 and plan to use VOIP and Google Voice with it for free calls and texting. I also will use it via wifi as a mini-tabled for checking e-mail, playing games, surfing the internet, etc.
Oops, that sould be "mini-tablet" in the summary. Where is the edit feature? LOL!

Decent value-built Android...
by BlackedOut271 on March 7, 2012
Pros: Cheap, android OS, perfect size, camera etc. It's a smart phone for under $30!
Cons: BATTERY! - Dies very quickly, . Also, only 1GB Storage. Low memory... Low resolution screen, basically a value version of an android. But its a temporary phone until I have enough saved for a nicer model... so I will not complain!
Summary: A true value-in-mind constructed Android OS phone with the basic necessities... Great price, does what you need it to. A decent temporary phone while you save for a bad boy!

Summary: After years of putting it off, I finally upgraded to this for my first smart phone, and the price tag was almost too good to be true...almost. The issue with the battery is a strong deterant, but again for the price it is hard to beat, on top of the unlimited data plan with Cricket.
It's one of those things, like having a car with problems, that you somehow learn to love for its quirks. If you can accept it for what it is, then it's a good phone, but if you are expecting something top of the line with a blue collar price tag, then be prepared for disappointment.
