Good product !

Pros: One of the fastest and efficient antivirus solutions out there. Scans fast and its GUI is awesome.
Cons: I wish it could be a freeware. Its spyware detection is not upto the mark set by Kaspersky and Norton, but it offers a solid protection against viruses.
Summary: It is definitely recommended for all the users who want their pc to remain fast. It does not interfere with ur activities. Regular and small updates. Very Reliable.

Pros: ESET NOD32 is light on system resources, as it promised. It has a clean interface, and is easy to navigate through. When I did a scan, it finished fairly fast, compared to some of my other security programs. Excellent heuristics (good antivirus too).
Cons: I had the program for a short time. I've received some update errors, and it would install updates as fast as possible when the program launches. But after 2-3 minutes, it would say that my licencse key was "incorrect," even though it was correct.

it found viruses that my other software missed

Pros: did a full scan with webroot anti virus and spyware and did a scan with my norton 2011 ..neither one found anything..then had to uninstall the webroot,,in order to install the eset...when i did a full scan esetnod32 anti virus 4 found three viruses
Cons: install with user name and password from website a pain even if you have a disc this i has to be done,,to ensure updates
Summary: remember every twenty four hours a full scan was done seven days a week and norton plus webroot could not find these viruses this says it all

Definitely the best standalone antivirus

Pros: 1. The interface is clean and straightforward(unlike Norton and Kaspersky)
2. It is light on resources and it has very few pop-ups so you may forget it exists
3. Very effective without many false positives
Cons: 1. It lacks antiphishing and a link scanner

Great Anti-virus Program

Pros: It does what is advertised faster than any other program I have found free or paid for.. Constantly updated and easy to use.
Cons: None so far.

Summary: I've been using NOD32 since 2007 and haven't had any problems with it. Some folks are initially confused by the activation of the product because you have to use a username and password supplied by ESET to get the updates. But if you follow the directions, it works perfectly.
