Worst back-up application ever!!

Pros: I couldn't find one...
Cons: -The back-up is really slow, one back-up of 4Gb takes more than 2 days. (while dropbox goes a lot faster, even less than an hour).
-Support can't help if it's to technical.
-I just lost 4 Gb of files on our back-up!! without any reason
