  Not for anyone already in medical field

  Pros: Holds interest for teens who want to participate in a trauma/surgery type atmosphere with guided directions. Without the blood and gore of a real situation.

  Cons: Needed to have more "real life" animation in the game. The dialogue and the people talking could also have a little more excitement, they are a bit dull.

  Summary: My 14yo loves this game. She likes doing the procedures without the "blood and guts" so to speak and she doesn't mind the controlled directions, obviously because she couldn't do it without them. A bonus for her as she puts it "you do not have the smells to deal with as you do in a "real" situation." She started with the easy level and had the instruments down after a game or two, then I wanted to see how much difference it would be between the easy and the hard level. The same scenerios came up and the difficulty level did not appear to be any different. She zoomed through the first case without difficulty. I thought it would be more emergency/trauma ER based than operating room, just by glancing at it and the title. My mistake. It would be nice if they made a version that you could make the decisions in the game. Also, there are some situations in the game that would not have caused harm to a patient normally, but in the game you killed the patient. It was rated for teen play.

  Very fun and extremely fast paced hand eye coordination.

  Pros: Can play 2 players at same time. Keep getting better by comparing scores online.

  Cons: Any excercises that involve heart failure result in "misses" due to the fact that you are not warned ahead of time making them 100% impossible to get a perfect. Very annoying!
