Accurate scale and good technology.

Pros: Easy set-up and add users.
Accuracy just like my expensive, old analog scale.
Can be synchronized with other health and wellness software like BodyMedia.
Measures weight, body mass and fat in a few seconds.
Attractive.

Cons: You can't cheat with it. Maybe that's actually a Pro.
Guests use it unknowingly. Maybe that's a Pro, too. It sure is funny when I guess their weight to a tenth of a pound. Well, funny for me anyway.
I guess the only real Con is that it's pricey.

Summary: I would recommend it. I haven't had problems with it so I can't comment on the customer service, as an earlier reviewer did.

Very poor tech support

Pros: It worked great - while it worked

Cons: AS soon as the poor 3month warranty was up I started having problems with it. And the company will not help - emails go unanswered etc. No phone support to speak off. You quickly realized this is not made in the US.
