  Died after less than 2 years. Need I say more?

  Pros: Compact. Only thing going for it.

  Cons: Died after less than two years of once a week use. Non-stick liner scratches and flakes into your food, even with the most gentle care.

  Summary: A piece of junk. Spend your money on Panasonic or Zojirushi, the best rated brands. Cuisinart should be embarrassed.

  simple to use however pot scratches and it boils over

  Summary: I have had this device one year, when making brown rice it boils over and the pot even when you use the utensils given and a scratch resistant sponge it still scratches and sometimes the cooking of the rice is not consistant. I had to do a return on it and the place where I went to get another replacement bowl told me he has had a ton of returns due to the lid breaking and the bowl scratching so Cuisinart you better get your team together to fix this NOW because no one wants Cancer from a scratched rice bowl...or a broken lid. It is very small too go up if you are considering it.
