Great Value at the price, good bass

Pros: This subwoofer has excellent bass and is surprisingly deep for its size. I love the fact that i can plug additional speakers into it.
Cons: It would be nice if it had a standard headphone jack line in, in addition to the RCA input and speaker lead inputs.

Great sub for the cash!

Pros: Very high build quality for the money
Adds a good clean bass to any system
Cons: I would look at the polk PSW10 for $100.00
I would also consider the 12" sony sub for 119.00

Summary: If all you can afford is $75.00 and you want good clean bass for movies and music, don't hesitate to buy this. I have been using it for 2 years now and it's great. I'm ready to upgrade because my new livingroom is very large and requires a bit more power, but this sub still works great even for my large room.
BTW, I used to be an Audiophile buying only the best of the best, so I have a discerning ear. This sub is not the ultimate, but for $75.00 it's MUCH more than you'd expect. Also consider the sony bookshelf speakers ($50.00/pair) for inexpensive but good sounding surround speakers.

Hunk of Junk

Pros: It's pretty!
Cons: Only had it for 3 days before it started going out completely. Press the power button and all I got was a 'pop' of sound then nothing.
Summary: Just don't buy it. It's a piece of crap. I'm taking mine back and exchanging it for a real subwoofer.
