Summary: I paid $100 for this subwoofer at an after Thanksgiving day sale and had my doubts because it was inexpensive but was pleasantly surprised when I hooked it up to my home theater system and watched a movie. It added a degree of low end bass my system was lacking. This sub is capable of rattling every light fixture in my house if I feel the need to turn up the volume. Jeff Denver
