Awesome sound clarity!!

Pros: I got what I wanted. Sound clarity. I have a Samsung 750 52" and its speakers suck! I got the Bose speakers + pioneer receiver and it works great!!!
Cons: You have to get stands for the speakers which are $ 100 each...and thats not good.
Summary: Overall, the product is great! Highly recommended if you can afford the price.

I would reccomend this to anyone that is looking for a very highend surround sound solution in a small to medium sized room. If you're looking to put this in a larger room, I would have to recommend the Acoustimass 16 with its larger subwoofer.

Summary: Lets not get carried away; they do sound good in their own way. since each little speaker cannot produce a decent range of signal even the reflected sound is limited. i've owned decent mission and NIH speakers with a great velodyne spl sub, but after awhile its just too much and takes up space. i'm looking to simplify my life but not sacrifice a whole lot of quality.
Back to the speakers: decent sound in a great sized package, couples well with the included sub to produce 'boom' when you need it but doesn't over do it. remember it's the reflected sound quality that make these speakers shine and sound decent from a variety of positions; good stuff for those who like to watch alot of movies with friends and family.

I also bought the Denon AVR-2807 receiver and it was a great choice. They work great together,
My advice, do your homework and study up. Cnet is great for that. Buy with the intentions of upgrading down the road.
If you want top quality, we all know you must pay more for it. This system is worth the money.

Summary: Speaker systems need to be matched to room acoustics, your A/V receiver, and space constraints. This Bose system is perfect for our situation (you want to go nuts, because of room design I replaced the center speaker with an additionally purchased side speaker but had to carefully adjust the audio on my A/V receiver). I knocked the rating down 1 because Bose is pricey. But I couldn't find a compact system that could match it's sound quality for less money.
