The good: The updated 2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i shows off new connected-car features with integrated Google search and reading of e-mails from paired BlackBerry devices. The turbocharged six-cylinder engine churns out ready power, and the transmission's eight gears help optimize efficiency.
The bad: Active suspension technologies do not completely counteract the car's high center of gravity in turns. The interface for searching for points of interest or music is needlessly complicated.
The bottom line: The 2011 BMW X3 xDrive35i shows off the automaker's innovative performance and cabin technology in a luxury SUV, lacking only some advanced driver assistance features.

Great Ride. Amazingly Competant.

Pros: Dynamic Handling package with the adjustable ride for sports mode is great. I get my family hauler and something close to my old 335xi when I want it -- all in One. Also power delivery, thoughtful touches all over the sports seats deserve credits.
Cons: Pricey with options, but not compared to the competition.
Sports Package for 2012 has mixed size wheels and rubber.

why BMW must include service

Pros: offers neighbors and parking lot attendants some curb appeal
Cons: Overpriced for the thrill - and who designs their interface- needlessly cumbersome as if to justify the price of the vehicle!

I've owned BMW, Lexus,Porsche, Corvette.. all nice showy cars - but nothing beats a Honda for dollar for dollar value. If your financial advisor is driving something very expensive - you are probably the one paying for it!
