New features include Advanced Performance Monitoring, a port-by-port look at performance; ISL Trunking, for load balancing and availability; Fabric Watch, for monitoring and reporting; WEB TOOLS, for configuration and management; Zoning, for higher security; Extended Fabrics, for SAN connectivity up to 120 km; and Remote Switch, for ATM connectivity. The base product Switch 16B comes standard with WEB TOOLS, QuickLoop, Zoning, and Fabric Watch.
