Great tool, but hard to get upgrade

Pros: Great software
Cons: Won't really speed up your PC much, and getting upgrade from cutomer support not customer friendly.
Summary: If you need your system tweek once in awhile, this software will do the trick, but won't solve all your issues in this one package.
