"GREAT replaces my Psion PDA and Tablet"
Pros: First screen I can read in the car. Can do spreadsheets and using a full size keyboard I can do wordprocessing. I also use tne internet & e-mail which it is OK for both.
Cons: USB 1.1 slow for external backup hard drive and doesn't have an SD card reader. This would make input output easier.

Pros: I own a U70 and an OQO. The OQO is truly a handtop or UPC...a very small notebook. It's not a notebook replacement like the Sony U-series, but it is A LOT more pocketable than the Sonys. The U is closer to a PDA replacement with a keyboard. It's innovati
Cons: There are definite limits to this uber-portability. Performance is sluggish. Battery life is just above 2 hours (hopefully OQO will come out with a larger battery as Jory Bell mentioned at CES). Sony's larger battery delivers just under 6 hours of battery

"Great new tool - replaces PDA and Notebook"
Pros: A usable small size that replaces my Dell X5, Sony TR2, iPOD.
Cons: Price is on the high side but will eventually fall. All new gadgets are price high. They have to recoup their investment somehow. The performance could be faster but that's a comprise for its small size.

Pros: Small and portable.
Cons: USB1.1? Come on, this thing has been in development for over a year now. They could have included USB2.0 so you could hook up a fast external burner or something. Also, it has bluetooth v1.1. Bluetooth v1.2 is already out.
