Pros: I will start by saying that out of the box, its an OK tablet with 2.3.5 installed. What makes it awesome is finding the guy on youtube (thru tablerepublic dot com, that updates the OS to 4.0.3. (it is a rebranded Ployer MOMO9 tablet)
Cons: Not too many, once you are running ICS. no rear camera, no GPS, but otherwise a great entry level tablet
Summary: I have recommended this tablet to 4 different people and have flashed all 4 to ICS for them. they love it as an entry level tablet compared to the kindle ...
Summary: I have recommended this tablet to 4 different people and have flashed all 4 to ICS for them. they love it as an entry level tablet compared to the kindle fire and other similar readers. plays movies great and has mini-hdmi port for your HDTV.
Makes the tablet a great little tool for all the latest software.
Pros: Nice to be able to attach the tablet to a large TV to watch a movie, surf the internet. Good of media file formats are supported. Overall, a nice media/organization device. Subscription free is fabulous. And it has a pretty good support website.
Cons: 1. No GPS 2. No GooglePlay Access and dows not support Google functionality. 3. Needs an break-resistant attachment point for a lanyard, neck strap or desk lock.
Summary: I would love to be able to give this my highest recommendeation, but this tablet has a few fatal flaws.

1. If you want to use it as a GPS, you won't be able to, because Visual Land Prestige 7 is missing a GPS enabler feature. So you have to clutter your car space with another costly gps device for live maps, auto and for pedestrian/hiking guidance. And all of these added ounces add up to a heavy back pack/handbag.
Also, with the GPS, you can install apps to locate your tablet in the event it is lost or stolen.
2. Google has thousands of fantastic Android apps, and so many are free. The inability to access/install them through GooglePlay has taken away one one the most attractive reasons to buy an Android device in the first place: wide availability of tens of thousands of apps.
The manufacturer of Visual Land Prestige 7 makes excuses and points consumers to other sources for apps (most of which are very limited in comparison with GooglePlay). I am not fond of Google's megalith presence and Google's invasion of backyard privacy, but I can say that they do an excellent job with GooglePlay's downloadable Android section. It is accessible, easy to use and mostly free.
Regardless of the manufacturer's excuses, anyone familiar with Android knows that by deliberately failing to provide a means for the consumer to obtain their choice of thousands really nice (and often free) apps through GooglePlay, the manufacturer of the Visual Land Prestige 7 has severely limited apps available to the purchaser, and has hobbled the usability of this tablet.
Some apps work better than others, and the consumer will not be able to access those which works best for them because half of the available Android apps are unavailable because of this oversight.
3. The tablet needs a break resistant place to hook on a lanyard, neck strap or desk lock. No point in spending 150 - 225 dollars, getting it all set up for the way you like to work, having some personal archives on it and then having your device dropped and ruined. Having to replace devices can add up to alot of money!
Cons: Everything - sluggish, things rattle when you give it a shake, re-starts on it's own, screen freezes every 2-3 minutes, force closes everything I open, not compatible with android market or Google play.
Summary: I have it for less that 24 hours and it's going back tomorrow.
