• Description: The HP SureStore DAT24x6 provides a great automated backup solution for workgroups needing to store 10 GB to 40 GB of data. This autoloader greatly increases backup reliability by minimizing the need for staff involvement- and it does so at the lowest cost-per-GB among DDS-3 products. With the HP SureStore DAT24x6, daily backup takes place automatically. The autoloader always backs up to the right cartridge at the right time. It even includes a weekly tape cleaning cycle. Backup becomes a simple, once-weekly task of changing a six-cartridge magazine. For added peace of mind, the autoloader is backed by the service and support of HP Customer Care. HP SureStore DAT24x6 products include Installation Guide, HP SureStore Tape CD-ROM (containing electronic User's Guide, HP TapeAssure and HP Tape Tools software utilities and mtx autoloader software utility), DDS autoloader magazine preloaded with five HP DDS-3 data cartridges (24 GB), one HP DDS cleaning tape and warranty registration card. DAT24x6e also includes: SCSI cable (50-pin low-density to 68-pin, high-order line termination, single-ended, 1 meter), SCSI terminator and power cable.
