With the HP SureStore DAT8e, Hewlett Packard offers you one of the most reliable, inexpensive ways to backup your network. The DAT8e comes with HP Colorado Backup II software, which provides a complete solution for desktop systems running Windows 95/98 and Windows NT Workstation and Replica Backup software, which provides One Button Backup for servers running Windows NT or NetWare. The DAT8e also comes with HP TapeAssure, which guides you through the installation process and TapeAlert, which monitors the state of the drive and media and automatically notifies you when maintenance or media changes are required.
