Fast and stable drive. performance meet the specification claimed

Pros: Fast Sustained transfer rate, $ per GB is relatively cheap
Cons: really current demanding (>5Amp.)device and so hot(>90 degree C)!

$/GB is relatively cheap(~$30/100GB tape)
I rated 8 out of 10 because we get this refurbished drive at only ~US$600 w/3months warranty. It's out of my expectation! Sustained transfer rate ~10MB/s (acceptably close to the value 15MB/s claimed by the website)
Dell External LTO2-LC is selling at ~US$20XX
I don't know why the info. from CNET(Buying choices:From online stores:$2XXX to $5XXX) is so high for this outdated model LTO1?!
