It redefines simplicity by offering virtual plug-and-play tape backup and unsurpassed Capacity on Demand by changing drive configuration or adding a second cartridge magazine all with industry-leading standard features and affordability. The Tandberg StorageLibrary T24 is configured with one LTO-2 drive and can be upgraded to hold a second LTO-2 drive to double its speed and offer drive redundancy. Adding the second LTO tape drive can be completed while the library is still in its rack. Upgrading from an LTO-2 drive to an LTO-3 SCSI or native Fiber Channel drive doubles drive doubles capacity and more than triples the LTO-2 drive speed.
