It offers easy installation and setup with automatic camera discovery, a powerful configuration wizard and efficient management of the Axis network video products in the system. The software has extensive language support. AXIS Camera Station makes it possible to view record and export high-quality video in H.264, MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG compression formats. Support for progressive scan, megapixel and HDTV resolution further improves identification and ensures a level of image quality that surpasses that from a DVR solution with analog cameras. AXIS P7210 Video Encoder is a cost-effective 16-channel video encoder with great video performance and excellent audio quality. It can simplify migration to network video without upgrading existing camera systems. AXIS P7210 provides edge storage through four micro SDHC memory card slots. The video encoder supports all types of analog cameras including PTZ and PTZ domes. It features both RS-422 and RS-485 for controlling analog PTZ cameras. Configurable inputs/outputs can be connected to external relays and sensors for activating lights, locking/unlocking doors and so on.
