Worthless! No HDTV with my new Sony desktop

Pros: As they do not work, I like nothing about them.
Cons: My husband purchased two of these, from Sony to go with our new Sony desktop because he wanted HDTV on our PC. I have been trying to get them to work for 3 months. Hours were wasted on the phone with Sony technical support. ATI won't even talk to me,
