Cannot install. Cannot reach tech support.

Pros: Unknown. Only what I've read about it in years past.
Cons: Upon installing, I received an error message: Error 1327. Invalid drive.F:\. I tried contacting tech support by phone but my "Service Account" number requested was nowhere to be found.
