Summary: It crashes all the time. Moving the playback window from one monitor to another and maximizing it causes it to crash (sometimes just moving it to another monitor alone will do it). Watching TV on it for more than an hour causes it to crash. Pausing play will cause it to crash. Using it will cause it to crash. If you want to update it and no longer have the original CD you won't be able to (heck you can have it but it could be scratched and unusable). Summary: I have no trouble recommending it, though note the limited use I have put mine. I got mine from a store that was going out of business a couple of years back, so I didn't pay the price that it is now going for. For what I have used it for, and having only really tested it for a day, I don't have any trouble recommending it
Cons: install of card is easy. it ends there. the drivers install but the application wintv7 does not. it has to close. sorry, send the error report. no help on how to fix the problem from microsoft. no help from hauppauge, they don't answer any email
