Not ready for public sale

Pros: nice package hardware looks solid
Cons: b/w preview menu's crash with lots of error msg, install fails $25 min for phone help

Great Unit!

Pros: Works exactly as advertised! Use Win2K or WinXP with a dedicated NTFS partition, USB 2.0 and you'll enjoy seamless recording. So long as you have all your drivers up to date you'll have no problems! I brought back $1,000 worth of products before buying PC
Cons: I have no CON's! Only that I didn't buy this gem first! Keep your PC up to snuff and you'll have no problems.

Don't buy it doesn't work!!

Pros: On paper everything looks great. But as with many other Pinnacle products (Studio 400 in the past for example and Studio 7, 8)in practice it can't fullfill what is promised.
Cons: You can choose between asynchronous image and sound or complete freezing of the program after a few minutes to an hour max. This especially in recording mode. So the product is completely worthless and useless. Also the new beta driver doesn't improve any

Do Not buy

Pros: None
Cons: Picture freezes After 15 min. of use. To restart you must unplug (No on/off switch) it and shut down program, then restart to get picture working again. I sent first unit back for another. They both froze. I have a new P-4 3.06 computer. Don't waste
