Summary: This product was obviously designed by a handicapped person !! It will not integrate on anything I have tried it on three different systems a 64 bit system running XP, A 32 bit system running XP and a 32 bit laptop running XP Home. I get video but NO audio. If you want to be frustrated buy this product!!!!!

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NO PROS
Cons: 3 days spent to install this JUNK, to no avail. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK IT WILL COST TRIPLE AND A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN!

Pros: none save your moneuy
Cons: nothing usable, Even the batteries for the remote were dead.
Summary: nothing worked. would not accept serial # for windvr3 software.
Hardware did nothing. Drivers installed but media center could not detect any output.
support is non existant.

Summary: The item came in an opened box minus batteries.The plastic wrappers showed signs of having been opened before. It appeared as a used unit and we had not been told it would be a used unit but rather a new one(not even refurb was mentioned).We followed instructions and could not even get the software to install. No help at manuf. website or in the help guide.If you want something that will give hrs. of frustation give them this, otherwise find something else.
