Lasted a year and a half before the motor broke :(

Pros: The vacuum was good before it broke.
Cons: The motor broke and started running like a jet engine. I worked with support to try to fix with no luck.
Before the motor broke we left the vacuum on in one place and it melted the carpet. User error but still scary.
Only one year warranty.
