Pros: cheap, quiet enough, good balance
Cons: short chord, some dust gets out

Summary: this was my first vacuum cleaner, and it sure did great for my small living room. gets cat's hair pretty good. not too noisy and won't tip off very easily. for my shop however, i use the duplex vac 14 wet/dry vacuum cleaner because the bissell can't work with wet surfaces. this vac 14 i use is also using the water filtration. no dust bag, just water. anyway, i recommend both of these products! thanks!
