  Pros: it has a great motor- it is powerful

  Cons: the cord is in the wrong place- have to bend constantly to get it out of the way or it will get ran over
  VERY hard for arthritic people to use
  had to replace the beater bar as the machine has alot of plastic internal parts

  I am arthritic and I can honestly tell you I am in pain by the tiime I have finished using it. It is heavy . The cord is on the bottom in the back- a stumbling point and annoying. It is hard to push. hard to handle all the way around. The on and off button is in a place where the user shuts the machine off never intending too. having to use both hands to operate the vac. I can honestly say this machine gets shut off at least 5xs WHILE being used. Not a" user friendly" machine.
  
  I am NOT happy with this machine at all.
  But am stuck with it until it breaks again.. I have already replaced the beater bar. The machine has alot of plastic internal parts. Hence making it very breakable. Thisis Not a machine for people with any sort of physical restrictions.
  I will also add that i have all area rugs and hardwood in my home except for One fully carpeted room. So when i say it is hard to use - IT IS HARD TO USE
