Huge Disappointment

Pros: Nice blue color...floor vacuum is decent and I like the disposible garbage part as I have a rug that sheds a large amount.
Cons: I've had this service twice and and it still has not been fixed; I purchased specificallly for the extending wand and pet brush (I have 4 cats and 1 dog). The company refuses to replace this lemon, which is still under warranty.
Summary: This vacuum had huge potential, but is a complete bust; what a waste of money. I cannot recommend this product or company.

worst I have ever owned and I feel completely cheated.

Pros: There are no pros. It has lousy suction, bad filter system, and doesn't pick up anything. I used it three times and it broke down, had it serviced and was told it was a useless piece of equipment and would never work properly.
Cons: Where to start? The attachments are confusing and do not work, there is virtually no suction in them after the first few uses. It is heavy, doesn't adjust well to different floor or carpet types, needs to be cleaned after every use, has no suction. I was
