Terrible Company. Camera is okay, but audio SUCKS!

Summary: Lousy audio, somewhat decent camera, overpriced, and TERRIBLE customer service through a network of resellers. Biggest con is that you pay 15% restocking fee and shipping charge if it's not working for you to return it, which is like being knocked down, then kicked in the face with a steel toed boot.

Terrible company with terrible service.

Pros: None, see problems.
Cons: Tried contacting support (on hold for 3.5 hours). Tried emailing support. Was told that the power supply was bad and that it was not covered in the warranty. They sent me a coupon to buy a new power supply for 50% off. Jerks
