great game its fun

Pros: the best part of this game is that the animals hunt you, you have to be quick or you will be eaten in no time

Summary: i spent the bulk of my time hiding from lions and hyenas while peeking around rocks to try and pick off a lion with my high caliber rifle without ever leaving my front room and my wife laughing because I jumped when the lion lunged at my face, it was a great time I highly recommend you check it out

Accurately modeled Cabela's equipment in the game means the firearms, tactics and gear are all realistic and precise - but this won't always help in the face of an unpredictable, open environment packed with avalanches, elephant stampedes, and piranha infested waters. If you do miss a shot and fail to stop a charging man-eating animal, you will be forced to fight it via a melee defense - but pay attention; it's likely another nearby animal will join the attack. Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2009 will also feature a wide variety of gameplay modes, including fan favorite action zone, and hunting scenarios ranging from surprise animal attacks to strategic hunts.
