#1 Zelda game ever released
by LinkLover101 on November 22, 2006
Pros: This is the best game to come out of the long series of zelda, sapose to have over 70 hours of game time and thats amazing.
Cons: I did not find any cons about this game.
Summary: Unlike the first Zelda OoT (Orcarina of Time) they change it up inbetween dungous each time instead of keeping it the same. It has an amzing and addictive storyline, and ...

Better than Ocarina? Maybe...
by Lizardfueler on November 20, 2006
Pros: Great use of the controller & nunchuck, horseback swordfighting, good use of alternate "worlds", plot, puzzles are of appropriate difficulty
Cons: Maybe a little too much pre-dungeon pre-quest stuff

Summary: After almost 10 hours logged, I feel very comfortable with the control setup, and after completing a pretty big battle all from horseback, feel like that was implemented VERY well. The plot is fresh and interesting, and takes many elements from previous Zelda games, so it's familiar at the same time. The music is frikin awesome. Sounds are good, and have a more orchestral quality than the previous Zelda games.
After 7.5 hours, I am still not in the second dungeon, which is rare for a Zelda game. However, the game isn't tedious or boring, there is just a lot of stuff to do before each dungeon. The first dungeon is about as long as the late-game dungeons in Ocarina of Time. As stated above, the puzzles feel just right, not too easy or hard to solve.
Overall, better graphics could improve the game, but it stands above any Zelda game thus far, and is better than the other Wii launch games I've seen so far. Combined with a compelling story, great music, fun puzzles, and an awesome implementation of the Wii Remote, this Zelda gets a 10 from me.

I keep this a 10 score. Each new weapon enhances the game and boosts the enjoyability level. It has awesome replay value. I already look forward to collecting everything after I finish the main quest, and beating all the side quests.

I've now poured in about 45 hours into Zelda TP and can easily say it is among my top 5 games ever played (Super Mario 3, Twisted Metal 2, Tiger Woods. Tecmo Super Bowl). Ba da ba ba baaa, I'm loving twighlight prince.

Expected Chess got Checkers

Summary: After 15 minutes of reading subtitles I finally got to start the game. The motion sensor did not have an impact on the game like I thought it would. Maybe if I powered through my extreme un-happiness in the beggining it might have became more interesting. Even though the Wii is not HD I expected better. Take my opinion as a beginner in the Zelda games.
