Cons: Very occasional lockups, bug "falling out of the world" where you end up stuck in no-man's-land. Somewhat less interesting at low level, with tedious tasks to get you ready for later.

Summary: Just because I was enjoying it so much, I played this much longer than I needed to before I finished. I followed every rabbit down every hole and really got proficient at every game move. By the time I was done, every game mechanic was second nature to me. I thought that the translation to the Wii motion controllers was terrific.
I'm not a veteran of many other Zelda games. I know a lot of folks say it's a retread, but I found this game to be fresh in gameplay, controls, overall look and atmosphere.
Summary: What can I say about this game that hasn't already been said. It is a classic. It's that type of game that kept you up all night bombing rocks and burning bushes trying to find the next level and praying you don't find a old man who wants you to repay him for the door charge. *shakes fist at old man* It is the type of game that even if you are at your last heart, you will still push forward to open that next door to see whats in the next room, knowing you will probably die. Of course it could be a room full of bad guys, or a room full of rubies, or even a room with an old guy that want to give you sage advice and then throw fire balls at you when you get trigger happy with your sword. Hey it is anybody guess!
That is why this game is a classic. It is all about exploring, discovering and just downright fun. If you haven't played it before...what are you waiting for? If you haven't played it in awhile...try it again. Trust me, your memory is not quite what it used to be. I had the hardest time trying to find level 7 in the second quest once again, but I had fun all the way.
-=Graphics=- = Jameson Thottam = This is the by far weakest part of the game. One can easily see it is also being released on gamecube. Some of the character textures are more detailed in the Wii version, but mostly you're looking at a GameCube game here. OTOH, the graphics are atmospheric, and stylish. *5/10*
-=Sound=- = Jameson Thottam = Quite good. Much of the music is very nice, the songs are a bit weird (since you howl most of them, but not spoiling more). A very fun thing though is that some sounds actually come from the speaker in the WiiRemote, creating the illusion of for example the arrow actually travelling into the distance, soundwise. *9/10*
-=Gameplay=- = Jameson Thottam = I can't find words for it. Sorry, really can't. It's just... amazing. Even after all those Zeldas. New items, new types of bosses, new ideas, and Zelda, Zelda, Zelda.
And Midna - while I don't wanna spoil anything, this cute little character alone would make me love the game. She's awesome.
*10.5/10* (yes!) = Jameson Thottam =
Overall: 10/10 = Jameson Thottam = This may not be the average, but trust me, the moment you play you couldn't care less for the graphics anymore. The Story, the Atmosphere, the Gameplay... it'll keep you glued to the WiiMote - a long time.
