I'm scared to go back on it!
by Mabel-the-Westie on February 12, 2012
Pros: - Gets you doing a proper workout
- Gives you tips and advice
- A structure and a schedule planCons: - The smallest duration workout was 15 minutes, which I, personally, struggled with.
- Doesn't recognise moves that well
- Schedule is a little demandingSummary: Haven't been on it for quite some time and have missed several 'appointments' so I am scared to go back on, especially with the hard workout!

Definitely keeps you moving.
by girlytech on January 15, 2012
Pros: Love you can choose how long you want to work out, whether it's 15, 30 or 45 minutes. The camera is good to help you see your form. I also like you can use a stability ball, dumbbells or even a step with your workout.
Cons: The camera can sometimes be an issue if you don't have enough light in the room. It will still work, you just won't see yourself as you are working out.
Summary: Great workout for a DVD less than $20 that comes with a camera.

It gets you motivated.
by kimheid on May 26, 2011
Pros: Camera works well as long as your clothes stand out from the background
Cons: Disk won't run on my computer.
Summary: I got this at bif lots for 5.00, well worth the price to lose weight and tone up.

Its worth it!
by LadyWorshiper on April 19, 2011
Pros: It is an intense aerobic workout.
Cons: It is hard to get the camera to see you if you do it at night! I hated that most, its hardest to get the right lighting..

Summary: I honestly use this as a side kick exercise to my Jillian Michaels.. I think it is great because Cardio is really what I was looking for.. I think for women this is a great exercise, I do not think my husband would do it.. but go figure, that's ok, most the time men go to the gym anyway. I only had that huge issue with getting the camera to see me so I moved my living room around and I also only workout when it's day light and all the mini blinds are opened. Other than that I think I made a good choice by buying this and it is not garbage, it will make you break a Very Good Sweat.. And in no time flat.. It's worth it!

Love the workout, bring on another version!
by fjeldbar on January 24, 2011
Pros: I like the fact that you can change up the variety of exercises by body needs. Good exercises with motivation!
Cons: Would like a section to tell you whether you will be doing balance type exercises or aerobic, fat burning.
You can figure out on your own, but would be nice. Also, be able to change out music and go straight to workout without the warm-ups.Summary: Great product for cold winters when you don't want to go to the gym!

Good workout, lots of camera problems.
by mokey41 on August 23, 2010
Pros: Great workouts that really work up a sweat. Customizes workouts to you with lots different choices. No need to hold the remote.
Cons: The camera is really a pain. It doesn't detect movement a lot of the time and if you're room is not really well lit with a lot of contrast to you it won't see you and keep telling you that you aren't doing the movements correctly.
Summary: It's a great workout as long as you don't get too hung up on the feedback. If you don't mind being told Arms, Arms over and over ...
Summary: It's a great workout as long as you don't get too hung up on the feedback. If you don't mind being told Arms, Arms over and over by a sicky sweet Jenny then you'll probably love it. There's lots of choices for your workouts with variations in intensity and time spent. It allows you to use hand weights or a balance ball but it's really random on when you get to do that. The camera idea is a total miss with lots of bugs. If you have an all white room that is brightly lit and wear black it might pick up all your movements. You also need a lot of room to move around. This isn't a stand in one place game. I don't hate this game but I'm not sure it's worth spending the extra money over My Fitness Coach just to have the camera. They're basically the same game otherwise.

Good workout, but lots of glitches
by treenb on June 27, 2010
Pros: Good workout overall. I like that you can set up a schedule and incorporate a step, hand weights, or a stability ball for the workouts.
Cons: The camera doesn't pick up movements accurately, and it gets VERY annoying for the game to tell me to watch my arms or legs when I'm doing it EXACTLY like her. This then affects my accuracy percentage.
Summary: Just like any work out, you will get results if you do it consistently.

You don't have to purchase extra equipment!
by BabyDee78 on June 16, 2010
Pros: You don't have to buy extra equipment to play.
You don't have to hold the Wii remote in your hand.
The camera let's you know if you are doing exercise correctly. If you are not the game will let you know.Cons: You need to make sure you have plenty of room. I rearrange furniture to play. If you have kids running around it could pick them up instead of you.
Only one person can participate at a time.Summary: It's fun and I love it. I'm getting a work-out. There is a calendar on the game that you work with too. I love it. I'm seeing ...
Summary: It's fun and I love it. I'm getting a work-out. There is a calendar on the game that you work with too. I love it. I'm seeing the results and I recommend it to anyone that enjoys working out with the Wii.
The bonus is you don't have to buy extra equipment you use what you have in your home. For instance, free weights, and a balance ball. It's a fun way to work out. I look forward to it every other day. -
It's been great!
by sebsmama on May 4, 2010
Pros: I liked almost everything about it! I have been doing workout DVDs for years and have never saw as much improvement as I have with this system.
Cons: The only things I don't like are the choices of music. I use my own and turn theirs down, but it's more of a hassle. And I have problems on cloudy days when the camera views shadows and doesn't register a lot of my movement.
Summary: I have been using it since it came out and although I have two young boys, I find choosing a 15-30 minute workout every day at nap time has paid ...
Summary: I have been using it since it came out and although I have two young boys, I find choosing a 15-30 minute workout every day at nap time has paid off. As for those of you who say it's not likely to get people off the couch, you're very wrong. I love how it tracks my progress and I feel it's far better than Wii Fit with all their weird gadgets. As far as the fact that it is geared towards women, that is one thing I do not appreciate. Though my husband couldn't last more than five minutes and he, at the time, was in better shape than me. Overall I have yet to find something better. Other than an actual trainer, of course.
