addictive is the only term I found

Pros: pointedly cheesy humor and the decision between good and evil have never meshed so well. there is nothing more fun than slapping civilians to the ground for bad-mouthing you...except slapping them down for the sake of it.
Cons: getting the female character truly evil looking is hard. laying waste to a town and finding out that you killed people who were so unpopular it was seen as a deed good enough to outway your slaughter.
Summary: Gameplay and control are great, the skip conversation command sometimes comes in way too handy, other than that I loved it and still visit albion on occassion

Pretty but lame

Pros: Seems like a nice concept, nice graphics
Cons: Lame power up...fight the bad guys then have to run around collecting their power that should be automatic.. played a few times quickly lost interest

Summary: I was so excited to finally get one of these games...surely II is better than the original I WOULD NOT KNOW. The graphics were pretty good...they only take you so far till the actually game play drags you down...hardly worth wondering around fighting bad guys for hours to get enough power for additional skills. I would put this in a Zelda genre about 20 years too late.

No Originality

Pros: Better graphics than the first.
Cons: This game is the same exact thing as it's predecessor but it lacks the customization with the different kinds of armor and lacks any and all originality. Lionhead must have been extremely lazy with this one, I'm just glad GameStop bought it from me.
